Pipedrive
Sortment connects to Pipedrive, letting Sortment AI manage deals, contacts, and pipeline stages. This ties sales pipeline context into the same customer journey view as product and lifecycle data.
How to use
Click the workspace name in the top right.
Go to Workspace Settings.
Go to Connectors.
Find Pipedrive and select Connect. You'll be redirected through Pipedrive's OAuth flow to log in and authorize access.
