Shopify Integration
Sortment connects to Shopify, letting Sortment AI manage orders, products, and customers in Shopify. For any team selling through Shopify, this brings core commerce data directly into the customer journey view alongside marketing and lifecycle engagement.
How to use
Click the workspace name in the top right.
Go to Workspace Settings.
Go to Connectors.
Find Shopify and select Connect. You'll be redirected through Shopify's OAuth flow to log in and authorize access to your store.
