Stripe
Sortment connects to Stripe, letting Sortment AI access payments, customers, and subscriptions. This brings revenue and billing data directly into the customer journey view, alongside marketing and product engagement.
How to use
Click the workspace name in the top right.
Go to Workspace Settings.
Go to Connectors.
Find Stripe and select Connect. You'll be redirected through Stripe's OAuth flow to log in and authorize access.
What can this power
A customer journey view that includes payment and subscription status, not just product and lifecycle events
Segmenting or triggering journeys based on billing data, like a failed payment or an upcoming renewal
