Slack Integration
The Sortment Slackbot lets you work with Sortment directly from your Slack workspace. Instead of switching tabs to check a campaign's performance, build an audience, or draft a template, you can just ask the bot in Slack.
What you can do with it
Analyze performance: campaigns, journeys, engagement, retention, drop-offs, KPI trends
Manage AI work: create or steer Quests and coordinate longer-running Tasks, and get reports and updates on their progress
Build audiences: create or refine segments, filters, and targeting logic
Create marketing assets: email templates, push templates, campaigns, journeys
Work with data: inspect relations, fields, custom attributes, SQL, saved charts, dashboards
Document knowledge: save strategy, definitions, and rules into workspace intelligence
Guide setup: explain where things live in Sortment and what to do next
Example prompts
"Why did engagement drop last week?"
"Create an audience of users active in 30 days but not purchased"
"Build a reactivation journey"
"Draft a win-back email template"
"Create a KPI for weekly repeat purchasers"
"Summarize this CSV / template / report"
How to connect it
Click the workspace name in the top right corner of Sortment.
Select Manage [Organisation Name].

Go to Slackbot.
Click Install or Reinstall if installed already.

Authorize the Slack app when prompted by Slack.
Things to know
Only workspace admins can install the Slackbot.
The bot only has access to the data and actions your Sortment role already permits. It doesn't grant any additional permissions beyond what you have in Sortment.
