The Campaigns dashboard is the central workspace to view and manage all campaign activity within a project. Accessible from the top navigation bar, it offers filtering, search, and action tools to streamline campaign operations.
Top tabs:
All: Displays all campaigns in the workspace
Scheduled: Future-scheduled campaigns
Finished: Successfully completed campaigns
Drafts: Saved, incomplete campaigns
Running Now: Actively executing campaigns
Failed: Campaigns that encountered delivery issues
Campaign listing columns:
Campaign: Title of the campaign with channel tag (Email/SMS/WhatsApp)
Status: Current state – Draft, Finished, Scheduled, Failed, etc.
Scheduled Date: When the campaign is/was intended to run
Audience: User list targeted, with delivery stats
Created / Modified: Timestamp and creator/updater name
Actions (⋯): Access contextual options for each campaign
Search & Filters:
Use the Search campaigns bar to quickly locate specific campaigns by name
Toggle Show hidden to view previously hidden campaigns from view
Campaign duplication allows users to reuse the content and settings of existing campaigns.
Navigate to the campaign you want to duplicate.
Click the ⋯ icon next to the campaign.
Select Duplicate.
A new draft campaign will be created with the original campaign’s content and structure.
📌 Tip: Use this feature for duplicating campaigns or when targeting similar messages to new audience segments.
The Hide feature lets you declutter the campaign list by removing test runs or outdated entries from the default view.
Locate the campaign you wish to hide.
Click the ⋯ icon next to the campaign.
Select Hide from the dropdown menu.
Toggle the Show hidden switch at the top of the dashboard to view and manage hidden campaigns.
⚠️ Hidden campaigns are not deleted and remain fully accessible when the hidden filter is enabled.
