Login via Okta
Sortment supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using Okta as your Identity Provider (IdP). This guide explains how to configure Okta to enable SSO access to the Sortment application.
Supported Authentication Flows
SP-initiated SSO: Users start login from Sortment
Requirements
To set up Okta SSO, you must:
Have access to an Okta tenant
Be an Okta administrator
Configuration
In the Okta dashboard, navigate to Applications and then select the Applications sub-menu.
Click on Browse App Catalog and search for 'Sortment' and add this application.
In the Sign On tab copy your Client ID and paste it into the first field in the Okta Integration form in your Sortment partner portal.
In the Sign On tab copy your Okta secret and paste it into the second field in the same form.
On the Sign On tab, there is a link to your OpenID Provider Metadata. Click on that link and it will display your metadata.
From the metadata, copy and paste your issuer URL and paste it into the URL field in the same form.
On the Sortment form, click save, and your credentials will be saved. You may edit/update them at any time.
SP-Initiated SSO
Go to the Sortment login page
Select Sign in with Okta
Enter your Okta credentials
You’ll be redirected to the Sortment dashboard on successful login
