1. WhatsApp Requires Templates

2. Delivery Status Depends on Provider

  • Some providers send delivery statuses automatically

  • Others require manual webhook / callback setup

  • Sortment logs all delivery events once configured


3. Message Limits Are Enforced by Meta

  • New WhatsApp accounts typically start at 1,000 messages/day

  • Limits increase based on engagement and quality

  • Spam reports or blocks can reduce limits
