Sortment supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using Okta as your Identity Provider (IdP). This guide explains how to configure Okta to enable SSO access to the Sortment application.
Supported Authentication Flows
SP-initiated SSO: Users start login from Sortment
Requirements
To set up Okta SSO, you must:
Have access to an Okta tenant
Be an Okta administrator
SP-Initiated SSO
Go to the Sortment login page
Select Sign in with Okta
Enter your Okta credentials
You’ll be redirected to the Sortment dashboard on successful login
