Gallabox

Overview

Sortment lets you send broadcast messages via your existing Gallabox account. It is required to set up / have a Gallabox account before configuring the same on Sortment.

Set up your account on Sortment

1. Navigate to channels. Click Add channel

2. Under WhatsApp channel, select Gallabox as the provider / integration

3. To add API credentials, follow Gallabox official documentation here

   1. API Key

   2. API Secret

4. Channel ID: The alphanumeric code is a unique identifier assigned to every Gallabox Account. To get your Account's Channel Id, go to WhatsApp Channel under Settings. Below is the GIF for your reference:

   

Set up Callback for events

This will allow Sortment to listen to necessary events to augment analytics and further audience creation.

To set up the same,

1. Click on Webhooks under Settings dropdown on Gallabox Dashboard. Click + Add.

2. Enter the full webhook URL as mentioned below, set the status as 'Enabled', and choose the events you would like to capture with this webhook

   1. The URL to be used here is: https://callback.fyno.io/?fyno-provider=gallabox

The following events should be chosen while setting up the webhook:

1. Message.WA.Status.Received

2. Message.WA.Status.Failed

3. Message.WA.Payment.Status.Received

4. Message.WA.Interaction.Received
